Pre-production Inspection
Inspect products' raw and accessories by random sampling and prefigure any possible defects to be occurred, readjust quality control process in order to meet specifications and reference samples.

During Production Inspection
In the early stage of production, our inspectors undertake a random inspection on the first batch products for any possible defects and know the rate of production process. Should any defects be found, we will identify the causes and recommend corrective measures for quality improvement.


Pre-shipment Inspection
The Pre-shipment Inspection takes place when the products are completed, packed and ready for shipment. Our inspectors draw a random sample of finished products. Sample is drawn based on a statistical sampling method, most commonly ANSI/ASQCZ1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859 or BFX06-22 etc. The pre-shipment inspection is carried out under the best possible conditions so that the physical inspection can proceed smoothly. In addition, we check on quantity, appearance, workmanship, function, safety, colors, size and package to be in agreement with specification, purchasing order, customers' requirement or else.

Supervision of Loading
Our inspectors will reach factories, warehouse, loading place to check products' information, quantity, package when loading; supervise the whole loading process and help manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.
